Chained Beasts Beginner Guides: Choose Your Next Task

Edited by
Published · Updated

For a new Chained Beasts run, start with combat if the group is tangling around pillars or taking repeated hits. Use the healing guide when a between-round choice leaves the next encounter harder to control. These are complementary tasks: better movement reduces the pressure to accept another affliction.

Read the short combat sequence before starting. Between fights, open the affliction comparison and match its restriction to your party’s actual problem. If teammates already struggle to stay together, a camera or proximity effect deserves more attention than its appealing bonus.

Four Chained Beasts fighters rest in a holding room around a lit brazier between encounters.
Use the break to agree the next route and read any new affliction.

Windows PC launch1.0. These Guides cover two specific problems, not a complete campaign walkthrough, every Beast unlock, or all seventy-plus afflictions. Console-specific bindings and future patch changes are outside the tested content scope.
